Last week, Robert Downey Jr. seemed to indicate that he might continue on as Iron Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the future, despite the facts that his current contract only includes Avengers: Age of Ultron and the upcoming Avengers 3 and that he was quoted as saying one month ago today, "No, theres no plan for a fourth 'Iron Man.'"
All that aside, Downey made an appearance ontoday's episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" where he was once again asked about the possibility, and this time seemed to reveal it's in the cards.
"I know there's going to be a bunch more Marvel movies," he said. "And they have big ideas of how to do it best and we're in the middle of negotiation…" Ellen quickly prompted, "So, yes?" leading Downey to reply "Okay, yes!"
Downey also took part in a Reddit AMA this today where he offered this very cryptic teaser: "Sooner than later the Marvel Roster will be made public and all questions will be answered."
What does all of this mean? Is Iron Man 4 really going to be a part of the upcoming slate of unannounced Marvel movies? Check back here for confirmation and sound off with your theories below!
Downey can next be seen as Iron Man in Avengers: Age of Ultron on May 1, 2015.

Amanda Seyfried and Mark Wahlberg share kisses while filming Ted 2 - 08 Oct 2014 06:50

Speculation surrounding the plot Ted 2 has been mounting for the past couple of months of filming, as director and writer Seth Macfarlane has ensured the storyline stay shrouded in mystery.
But now, one thing that had been much suspected has now been revealed as true - Amanda Seyfried will be playing Mark Wahlberg's love interest.
The co-stars were spotted kissing as they filmed scenes for the sequel in New York City on Tuesday.
Amanda and Mark were smooching while sitting on the steps at the Public Library in Bryant Park, and Mark then placed a tender kiss on Amanda's head.
The actress, 28, was touching the 43-year-old's knee and leaned in as he held her face in his hands.
Amanda was as usual looking stunning for the movie shoot, clad in an elegant navy dress decorated with white polka dots, which was cinched in at her waist with a brown belt.
The Lovelace star also sported a burnt orange blazer with the sleeves rolled up and a pair of nude pumps.
Amanda, who carried a black handbag, sported a little pink lipstick and wore her blonde hair poker straight.
For another scene alongside Ted himself, she had swapped her jacket for a red wool coat with black hearts printed on it, and also slipped on a pair of cat-eye sunglasses.
Meanwhile, Mark was dressed in an unbuttoned green plaid shirt over a white T-shirt, along with jeans and grey trainers.
Amanda - who is replacing Mila Kunis as the leading lady - admitted ahead of production that even she didn't know much about her role in the movie.
'I don't know what my character is like,' Amanda told the Press Association just two months before filming began. 'I literally don't know.
'But I still said yes to Seth because I trust him. How could anybody say no to him? But yeah, I have no idea what I'm doing. It's so weird.'
The second movie about a talking teddy bear turned washed up celebrity currently has a release date of June 26, 2015.
Stephen Collins has been fired from the film after a recording was released in which he allegedly admits to molesting several children, Entertainment Weekly reports.
His role will apparently be removed entirely from the movie. Following the publication of the recording on TMZ, a police investigation has been launched.

The Hollywood Life report also pointed out how the third-time-mom seems to prioritize her family more lately. Some also noticed that Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have been taking a more laid back approach compared to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, who recently recerived a lot of criticisms for flaunting their one-year-old baby North West around Paris Fashion Week.
Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have been through a lot lately after the latter's serious hospitalization last June that was confirmed to be an alcohol poisoning incident.
The health scare was said to have made Scott Disick quit drinking and has reportedly pushed him to get professional help.
According to a report from , a close source has revealed that the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" cast member has long known that he needed help, but "was just not ready to take that leap".
As Scott Disick quits drinking after the alcohol poisoning incident, which took place as he celebrated his 31 st birthday, the source said he "finally had to humble himself and say, 'Hey, I need help.'"
"It was a big step for him, and it took a lot of faith on his part," the source added. The 31-year-old Disick is expecting his third child with girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian, following their 2 kids Mason (4) and Penelope (2).
Family and friends are said to be fully supportive as Scott Disick quits drinking. "Everyone in his life has wanted to help him," the source said, reported by Hollywood Life.
"He's taking the steps he needs to make things right," the source said.

Daniel Radcliffe: I'm sexier than Harry Potter - 08 Oct 2014 06:19

Daniel Radcliffe insists he's "sexier" than Harry Potter.
The 25-year-old actor - who shot to fame playing the boy wizard in the movie adaptations of J.K. Rowling's novels - doesn't understand why people were "surprised" when he was cast as the romantic lead in 'What If?' because there's a lot more to him than his magic alter-ego.
He told Marie Claire magazine: "Can you tell me why people are surprised?
"You saw me growing up like a f*ing boy in a school robe. Of course there's a sexier side to me than that."
Daniel is dating his 'Kill Your Darlings' co-star Erin Darke and admits he likes to plan romantic gestures - though he sometimes ruins the element of surprise.
He said: "I was going to fly to New York to surprise her once, but then I kind of ruined my own surprise the night before because I was on the phone to her and she'd had a terrible day and was in a bad mood and I wanted to make it all go away.
"I just went, 'Guess what? I'm going to be there tomorrow, we're going to see each other' "
The 'Horns' star is wary of who he allows to get close to him and isn't afraid to stand up for himself.
He said: "I have a finely tuned bulls
t censor for when people are around for the wrong reason.
"I am polite but I also don't take st. I've been brought up to stand up for myself. If someone is being a dk, then it's easy for me to call that out."

London Laughs at Lindsay Lohan's West End Debut - 08 Oct 2014 05:52

Tags:

LONDON - Lindsay Lohan only has one major speech in the David Mamet play that marks her West End debut. Unfortunately, she couldn't remember how it went.
On the first night of previews, a work-in-progress feel is to be expected. But halfway through the second act of Speed-the-Plow, the audience was openly laughing at Lohan's struggle to grasp Mamet's sharp, trademark dialogue.
After her first audible prompt, which came shortly after the interval, the audience sat patiently. The second led to titters in the stalls. Unfortunately for Lohan, the next line delivered by Richard Schiff (Toby from The West Wing) was: "You have done a fantastic job!"
The laughter grew louder.

"Oh my god, it's so embarrassing," said a woman in the crowd during an unusually long set change.

Although she was sitting staring at a book, which may or may not have contained clues, a third prompt from the wings had Lohan smirking, and she raised her hand to her heart apologetically. By now, even her serious lines were being greeted with laughter. "I know what it is to be bad, I've been bad," her character Karen emotes. More laughter.
"Oh my god, it's so embarrassing," said a woman in the crowd during an unusually long set change. In truth, Lohan remained charming throughout.
The chaotic second half had not started promisingly when the occupants of the box closest to the stage tipped a glass of champagne over someone in the front row. It ended with a minor wardrobe malfunction as Lohan's blouse puffed out-untucked-below what was supposed to be a smart new outfit.
This theatrical debut from Lohan in London, where she claims to have moved for good, marks a modest return to the spotlight after years of court appearances and tales of unrest on set. She has been a regular fixture in the British gossip pages despite a hectic schedule of rehearsals.
Contrary to some of the Twitter reviews, this was no car crash. If Lohan can nail her lines in the coming days, this somewhat pedestrian interpretation of the Mamet classic certainly could find its stride. The action focuses on the decision-making process of a movie studio hotshot. How do you decide which films to make? How are Hollywood careers forged and broken?
All of this, of course, has personal echoes for Lohan, a child star who burned out in the public eye. Perhaps her naive but ambitious character, desperate to make it in Los Angeles, has too many resonant lines for the audience to fully forget that this is Lindsay Lohan on stage.
When she says, breathily, "I'm serious, I'd do anything," it's going to be difficult for any audience to keep a straight face.
For all of Lohan's discomfort, Schiff revels in Mamet's edgy, witty lines. His movie producer character, Bobby Gould, is restrained but still crackling with energy. The West Wing alum is by far the best thing in the play. Though a consummate professional and far more gifted actor, Schiff doesn't share the multimillion-dollar Hollywood prospects of Lohan, whether she manages to rebuild her topsy-turvy career or not.
There was one line Schiff seemed to spit out with extra relish: "Life in the movie business is like the beginning of a new love affair: it's full of surprises, and you're constantly getting fucked."

"We got on really well as people, in between [takes]. That was the fun stuff: In between, we'd just mess around, and I felt, 'Ah, this is different.' I wasn't really aware what was happening in the screen test. She keeps you on your toes, and that wakes you up. That was the beginning."
Andrew also shared the same experience with Teen Vogue:
"It was like I woke up when she came in… It was like diving into whitewater rapids and having no desire to hang onto the side. Throughout shooting, it was wild and exciting."
Although the two seemed to hit things right off the bat, they didn't start dating until 2011. Andrew was still with Shannon Woodward, and Emma was dating Kieran Culkin when they first met.

Madonna Badger - who lost her three daughters and her parents in a Christmas fire nearly three years ago - celebrated her new marriage Saturday with 150 friends at her country house in the Catskills.
The groom, William Duke, a real-estate broker, is an old friend of Badger's and was one of the first people to visit her in the hospital on that tragic day after her house was set ablaze by improperly disposed ashes from the fireplace.
"They seem to be so in love, it's almost too much," said one of the guests, who feasted on roasted pig and square-danced to fiddle music at Badger's farm in Delaware County.
The couple "eloped" in July in Brooklyn after telling friends they would marry in the fall.
Badger wrote of her loss in Vogue last year, "The pain is just so huge that sometimes it feels like a prison cell."
Addressing her friends on Saturday, Badger expressed her thanks that life had given her another chance.

Exclusive: Johnny Depp's intro to Joe Perry's memoir - 08 Oct 2014 04:52

Tags:

Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry tells his one-fifth of the band's story in his new autobiography, Rocks: My Life In and Out of Aerosmith, out Tuesday.
"I'm sure there are things the guys will remember differently," Perry told USA TODAY in July. "I wanted to put across how hard it's been to keep the band together. We made every mistake three times.
"Digging into the truth was harder than I thought."
But for super-fan Johnny Depp, who wrote the book's preface, the memoir is "a hitherto secret slice of life, beamed in directly from one of the greatest guitar gods to have ever walked the earth."
***
Foreword by Johnny Depp As I sit here before a most cacophonous piece of blank onion skin, which I ever so delicately stuffed into my sturdy Olympia typewriter, and which surely deserves a more appreciative and well-balanced operator, but alas, such is its lamentable fate to be clubbed by my inept and clumsy digits, the paper screams for me to make the first move.
My thoughts are charged with the challenge of writing a few words on a man. An artist. A significant, nay, eminent artist, not only for me but for many others. A guitarist extraordinaire. A hero whose immeasurable ability has sent him high onto every Greatest Guitar Player list going ever since he sliced through some of the most tasteful and raging notes to be unleashed on an unwitting world. A hero who I've been given the honor to call both friend and brother.
Pondering him - the man, the mentor - the flood of imagery is astounding. I am swarmed by visions, swept away, almost, happily catapulted backward into fond memories of a (expletive)-up youth, with everything and nothing to look forward to. Did I delve into all those clichéd Things That I Shouldn't Have as a kid? Indeed, (expletive) did. With great passion, pure ignorance, and (expletive) gusto. For a good while there, life for me was an endless, rickety, and dangerous train wreck just waiting to happen. But no self-medication, no booze or chemical what-have-you, has ever done what a solitary sliver of music could do. Not even close.
You see, this middle-aged (expletive)-up was once that (expletive)-up kid. Aged twelve, or thereabouts. Sitting in the backseat of my folks' car. We were caught up in traffic outside the Publix supermarket and Eckerd drugstore, where there was some local to-do occurring in the parking lot. A band was playing. As we hit the stoplight, I watched the colors change around the musicians in silhouette with rapt attention. I was captivated. Wholly. And as the sound and vision imposed themselves upon the provincial, compact folds of that spun-out little brain, I knew. Suddenly, everything was in order. The song they were playing was Dream On. Never more had I needed that moment, that song, or that bat-(expletive) realization, clarifying the very reason for my existence and what I needed to do in order to stay sane and alive: I needed a guitar … and quick!
With hard green cash never having bothered my pocket before, I managed to wrangle twenty-five bucks from my mom to pick up a Decca electric. The first Aerosmith record and a Mel Bay chord book had to be stuffed down my trousers and jacket. (Desperate measures and all that.) I played that record and studied the chord book as if it were some holy language. Puberty went by almost unnoticed. I shut myself off from the world, holed up in my little room, practicing, practicing, and practicing again. … I had to be note perfect.
And thus my life began.
Now, for me, as a shy, scruffy teen, the name Joe Perry would invoke a reverence for a species I had never known, especially in those early years when all teacher types, no matter how hard they tried, could not penetrate my brain enough to command any respect. Nothing in the world existed aside from the guitar and those who had mastered it as the ultimate form of expression … the perfect medium for a reclusive twelve-year-old to vent some serious spleen.
Joe Perry was one of the very few names back then - aside from everyone's ultimate music maestro, Keith Richards - who could inspire any sense of genuine awe into my adolescent mind, galvanizing body and spirit into actually giving a (expletive). They were of an ilk never before encountered. The idea of meeting these untouchable heroes in real life was absurd - akin to ordering government-approved marijuana and having it delivered to your door personally by Mr. Obama. Unlikely …
But every tinder needs its flint, after all, and in this case, the genius of Joe was able to fully bloom when fused with another musical genius, that of the profoundly fervent, nigh-evangelical showman Steven Tyler, who just so happened to harbor one of the finest, most soulful set of pipes ever to have existed, all accompanied and brought to the fore by the brilliant musicianship of Brad Whitford, Tom Hamilton, and Joey Kramer. One other, sometimes unspoken member of the band that I would like to salute is the legendary producer and all-around wonderful human being Jack Douglas, who sat at the helm for those early records, guiding them, directing them. No doubt his input proved to be beyond integral to their incredible success. Over the years, the band has suffered its ups and downs, as you will read much of here, but all in all they've outlasted the vast majority of their peers and are still going strong today, having survived and ultimately surpassed the many brief epochs and trends tended to far lesser entities than themselves.

Cut to 2010. Hollywood, California. Swing House Recording Studios, just off Sunset Boulevard. Steven Tyler prowls about the room like a high-octane jungle cat. He had kindly invited a friend and me to watch the band record a few tracks for the new album. And there is Joe Perry. Right there, in the corner, just visible in the dark. He called me over and we sat there, he indulging me, discussing guitars and showing me the effects he was using for what would eventually become Music from Another Dimension! It was a huge moment for me, to sit there in a room full of idols, with this particular idol paying me any attention whatsoever, let alone confiding in me. And since then, that impossible afternoon, I've experienced the immeasurable pleasure of playing the Hollywood Bowl, among other stages, with Joe, Steven, and the boys. Although the night that holds the most special place in my heart was when that formerly toxic twosome came and played music with my son, Jack, for his birthday party a few years ago. He and I were like a couple of fans - in total awe! I was that little kid again, nearly the same age as my son.
A poetic life was Joe's fate. He was born with a style. He may have gleaned from the greats before him, as everyone must, but he transformed all that learning into his own signature sound. The way he uses musical notes is as personal and unique as any conversation you could ever have with the man. It's how he communicates. He is a master of feel, and with guitar in hand, his muscular, rhythmic tones soar effortlessly, seizing all those in earshot, reflecting the inherent unpretentiousness of his ability. There is something primordial in the nature of his grooves that just flat-out (expletive) rocks, inviting everyone to witness and experience. There's no elitist guest list here. No VIPs. No backstage pass is needed.
If you're holding this book in your hands then, aside from the music itself, you have all that you will ever need. The heart and soul of the man himself, hurled faithfully at the page. The wise, silent one finally speaks! You'll note the sagacious nature of a wholly sapient man. No (expletive). Devoid of it. Plain and simple. All the shyness, the honesty, the love, sweat, tears, and humility of this mysterious creature awaits you, friends, from his beginnings all the way to the here and now … and whatever might still be to come.
This book is a gift. A sacred tome, even. A hitherto secret slice of life, beamed in directly from one of the greatest guitar gods to have ever walked the earth, or stepped on a stage, or raged inside the mind of a young soul searching for what the (expletive) it all means.
Before I leave you I have one final thought that I feel impelled to convey. While I was reading this tale I could not help but continually hear, as if on a loop, the last lines of William Saroyan's brilliant preface to his play The Time of Your Life. Saroyan's words beautifully sum up Joe the husband, the father, the man: "In the time of your life, live -so that in that wondrous time you shall not add to the misery and sorrow of the world, but shall smile to the infinite delight and mystery of it."
