Justin Theroux and Jennifer Aniston back in happier times
It looks like Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux could be heading for splitsville.
The pair's wedding plans have seemingly been put on hold following the Friend's star's refusal to celebrate her 45th birthday with her fiancé.
Instead of jetting to New York to spend the special day with Justin, the actress enjoyed a dinner at West Hollywood's Soho House with close pals Courteney Cox, Tobey Maguire's wife Jennifer Meyer, and hairstylist Chris McMillan.
According to Radar Online, an insider in the power couples camp said: "Justin asked Jen to come to New York City but she declined, citing the cold weather. She wanted to be in sunny Southern California with her friends.
The source added: "It's absolutely indicative of the status of Jen and Justin's relationship. There is absolutely no wedding talk or planning going on."
Apparently the couple's relationship - that started back in 2011 - is destined for the rocks, because neither of them really wants to make it work.
The couple haven't been seen together since Christmas when they jetted off to Mexico with pals. Jennifer Aniston, Justin Theroux, Courteney Cox, Emily Blunt, John Krasinski and Howard Stern spend their New Year's Eve vacation in Los Cabos This latest display of the cracks in the couple's relationship comes after speculation they were on the rocks following the funeral of Phillip Seymour Hoffman.
Justin was close friends with Hoffman, but the Mulholland Drive star was all alone at the service, with Jen remaining on the West Coast.
The source explained: "The fact that Jen didn't go to New York for Philip Seymour Hoffman's funeral and to comfort Justin is another sign that their relationship is in trouble. Remember, Jen and Philip were in the movie Along Came Polly together in 2004, and they were friends.
"Her camp said Jen couldn't go because of ongoing talks for her to be in an upcoming independent movie…. Jen's agent was brokering the deal, she wasn't required to stay in Los Angeles."

While the couple have been an item for three years, since they first hooked up on the set of Wanderlust, the two have spent little time together recently.
Justin was spotted earlier this week on Tuesday with best-bud (the recently divorced) Orlando Bloom at a Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week event.
Having just been through the mill himself maybe Orlando was offering some advice to his bro?
There's no sign of either Jen or Justin's career slowing down.
Justin is working on upcoming HBO series The Leftovers, while Jen will next provide her voice for the four-part enlightenment documentary Unity - due out March 1 - alongside Susan Sarandon, Jessica Chastain, and Joaquin Phoenix.
