PHOTOS: Who made PEOPLE's Best Dressed List this year? Check out the top 11 here! Love It: Leighton Meester's Graphic Mini: It's been quite some time since we've last seen Leighton Meester step foot on a red carpet, but this look was so worth the wait. What I love most about her black-and-white Balmain dress is all the texture! From the zippered-wrist detail to the overlay of material in the skirt, I'm swooning (and wishing I had some serious cash to drop to buy a matching dress). Plus, with her perfectly tousled hair and minimal makeup, Leighton looks effortlessly gorgeous (jealous). -Sarah Kinonen, Editorial Assistant
Love It: Nicole Kidman's Princess Grace Moment: Nicole Kidman works that "glamorous ice queen" vibe better than anyone on the planet, so I'm always delighted when she busts out the Grace Kelly attire for a big event. Clad in Dolce & Gabbana and Christian Louboutin (and dripping in jewels by Harry Winston and Omega), the actress looked every bit the Hollywood royalty she is. And though she didn't have a literal tiara, she did have a crowning glory of sorts: Her newly bordering-on-platinum blonde locks. -Alex Apatoff, Senior Style Editorr
See all the latest from the red carpet here! Leave It: Olivia Palermo's Frenetic Fringe: Olivia's amazing sartorial choices make her a perennial fixture in our Love Her Outfit gallery, but this Alessandra Rich look earned an overwhelming number of "Leave It" votes from our readers. I have to say I'm with them this time. There's so much happening on this dress (lace, fringe, turtleneck, belt, and pearl studded pockets) that it would definitely be hard to accessorize, even for the queen of accessories. So, she opted to do a statement necklace over her turtleneck ( which she also did last week), and a geometric clutch. Less could have been more in this case! -Catherine Kast, Writer/Reporter
