She's famously strict when it comes to what she eats, following a diet of sushi, green juices and alkaline foods.
But while trying to juggle four kids and a high-pressured career, even the likes of Victoria Beckham need to eat on the go.
The designer, 40, was spotted rushing out of a gym session in London this week and appeared to have treated herself to a bag of nuts following her workout.
A beloved snack of the health-conscious, nuts are packed full protein, fibre and essential fats, perfect for people who lead hectic lives.
In fact, Victoria made them an important part of her diet as she tried to regain her post-baby body after the birth of Harper in 2012.
She has since thrown herself into a rigorous workout routine, hitting the gym almost every day of the week.
She said: 'I worked out a lot. I ran a lot. I did it six days a week. I become quite obsessive when I get into something.'
Her gym sessions also prove useful in another sense - she managed to slip out of the gym on Thursday without being noticed.
Despite being in London's heaving Notting Hill neighbourhood, the former Spice Girl went incognito as she swapped her high-end designer wardrobe for practical workout gear.
Pulling an Adidas cap down over her eyes and wearing a very un-'Posh' bomber jacket, leggings and trainers, the 40-year-old rushed to her car before passersby even got a glimpse.
However, her husband David wasn't so lucky. Even though he had donned a golfing cap, he was spotted by a female fan who asked him to stop for a photo.
The sports icon happily agreed, and smiled as the woman's pal excitedly took a snap of the two together.
Looking relaxed in a white shirt and black jeans, the 39-year-old hunk was clearly not in the same hurry as his super-busy wife.
No doubt Victoria was heading back to her office to check how her newly launched flagship store is faring.
Although the venture was a major milestone in the ex-singer's glittering career as a designer, she skipped the opening so she could make an impassioned speech at the United Nations after being unveiled as an ambassador for the organisation.
Explaining how she wanted to use her public profile to help other women, she said: 'I am mother and I am a woman.
'I will do whatever I can to raise awareness. I feel very passionate about this.'
Opening to much fanfare last week, the Victoria Beckham outlet offers shoppers a minimalist, chic way of shopping.
The store, on London's posh Dover Street, boasts huge dressing rooms, items dangling on gold hangers and a complete lack of tills: assistants come to you to swipe your card.
'I recently visited South Africa and was so touched by the women I met and felt inspired. I came home and I knew I had to do something.
'It's taken me to get to 40 to realise I have a responsibility as a woman and as a mother.
'For some reason people will listen to me. This is the beginning of an incredible journey for me.'
Meanwhile, the star is set to be honoured for her philanthropic work at her pal Eva Longoria's fifth annual Global Gift Gala in London in November.
Speaking about being the recipient of the Global Gift Philanthropeneur Award, she said: 'I am very much looking forward to returning to The Global Gift Gala to support my good friend Eva Longoria.
'It is also a great honour to be receiving the Global Gift Philanthropeneur Award at this special event'
