reports that Charlie Sheen has been sued for sexual battery following a controversial visit to the dentist last week.
The lawsuit, filed by Margarita Palestino, alleges that the actor, 49, took off his nitrous oxide mask during the procedure to treat an abscess on his tooth. Palestino claims that Sheen then grabbed her breast, jumped out of his chair, and yelled, "I'm going to fucking kill you!"
Palestino also claims that Sheen pulled on her scrubs, attempted to pull her bra strap down, and lunged at one of the dentists with a knife. Following the incident, Sheen's assistant offered the dentists and dental assistants $500 to compensate for the trouble.
As previously reported, Sheen's bodyguard reportedly admitted that his client was high on cocaine during the visit. However, Sheen adamantly denied the rumors of drug usage and violence.
"Charlie had a shoulder injury that started back from his days playing baseball," his publicist told People. "He had some issue with it, and was on some meds for that and he had an abscess in his tooth that was bothering him. He went to a dentist and was given some gas, and apparently had a bad reaction… there was no knife or illegal substances involved."
In 2009, authorities in Aspen, Colorado arrested Sheen for assaulting his wife, Brooke Mueller, and charged him with felony manacing, as well as third-degree assault and criminal mischief. He also "accidentally" shot his ex-fiancé, Kelly Preston, nearly twenty years ago in a bizarre, unexplained incident that ended their engagement.
