Nude photos have allegedly been leaked of Vanessa Hudgens - again. Poor girl. She is one of many high-profile victims of the second round of 'The Fappening' which released hundreds of nude celebrity photos after the initial releases in August. As a source close to Vanessa revealed to EXCLUSIVELY, Vanessa is worried that these new photos may damage her career.
Poor Vanessa Hudgens! The 25-year-old is now suffering through yet another nude photo scandal, this time along with several other female celebrities whose cell phones were hacked and whose nude photos are now circulating the web. Vanessa Hudgens Worried Naked Pics Will Hurt Her Career: New Nude Photo Scandal
"She has learned to accept that it happened before and there really isn't anything she can do about it," our insider revealed. "She is still upset, and now that it has happened again, she is even more rocked by it because she really wants to be known as a serious actress.
"With these new photos out, in her eyes she thinks it taints what people might think of her when it comes to producers and decision-makers for her career.
"She is very upset and is looking to have her people do something about it more strongly this time."
Vanessa Hudgens Was Forced To Apologize For Nude Photo Leak When She Was 18 Years Old
Indeed, the last time Vanessa was rocked by a nude photo scandal, she was made to apologize. Really! Seven years ago, an 18-year-old Vanessa had to apologize for taking the photos when her own privacy had been violated by some sicko. So unfortunate. We hope her team takes proper legal action this time around.
"I want to apologize to my fans, whose support and trust means the world to me," she said at the time. "I am embarrassed over this situation and regret having ever taken these photos."
In an interview with for their Feb. 2008 issue, Vanessa opened up further: "It was something that was meant to be private, and even though it isn't anymore, I'd still like to keep it as private as I can."
When Vanessa told her mother about what had happened, her mother had a more appropriate response: "I was just open with her, and [my mom] was just so cute. She was like, 'Well, everyone can be naked if they want to..'" They sure can, Vanessa! We're sorry that this happened to you again.
In a statement to back in 2007, a Disney spokesperson said about Vanessa's photos: "Vanessa has apologized for what was obviously a lapse in judgment. We hope she's learned a valuable lesson."
It's unfortunate that her former employers chose the victim-blaming route in their response to the photos seven years ago; we can only hope that Vanessa will receive more support this time around.
HollywoodLifers, do you think that these photos will damage Vanessa's career? Let us know.
